'The Start' 2018-2019


'Taking Action' 2019-2020
I got fed up, had no attraction from girls, no respect from other people & that resulted in feeling inferior. I decided to make a change, but had no idea what I was doing, just rolling with the punches. All that I knew was I needed to stop eating junk & exercise more, I would run every morning before school, would have football practice and would barley eat to top it off. I did this long enough and it resulted in me being skinny fat, losing most my muscle and still having body fat.
'I Thought So' 2020-2022
I still wasn't happy with how I looked, I spent so much time researching wondering why I didn't look like I expected. I ended up figuring out how to properly eat to better my physique and decided to go even harder to lose fat & build muscle. I ended up getting super lean, the problem was I didn't have much muscle to show. I was starting to see progress but wanted to grow bigger muscles.
'To This Day' 2022-2024
From here I been training correctly, eating the right things and amounts, with a better mindset than its ever been. Everything you can imagine from confidence to money, to self-esteem, to looks and female attention has increased massively. Feeling the best I ever have through the foods and training acting as a foundation, keeping me strong for all my new ventures. Still practicing what I preach growing & improving every. single. day.
